Terms & Conditions
Stamford Dance Academy – Terms & Conditions
1. Fees: Fees are payable monthly in advance and are collected on the 1st of each month via the Class4Kids subscription system. Upon joining Stamford Dance Academy, we ask for one month’s fees to be paid upfront. This payment is held against your final month’s tuition, meaning that once the required notice has been given, there will be no further fees to pay. Written notice of withdrawal must be received before the 1st of the month for payments to cease from the following month.
2. Payments: Fees are monthly, continual, and cover 37 classes per academic year (September–August). Payments continue unless written notice of withdrawal is given (see Section 6). The total annual cost is divided equally across 12 months. Direct debits are taken from the 1st of each month and shown on Class4Kids/Stamford Dance Academy statements.
